I can't recall how I first got onto Airflow but I feel lucky to have found this company to sort out my heating and cooling issues. Ryan serviced my evaporative cooling system five years ago, and when it came to replacing the cooling system Ryan was there to do the job and my new unit is working beautifully. When I had a problem with my ducted heating, Ryan was the only person I wanted to contact to fix the problem. Thankfully it did not need replacement and he was able to repair the unit on the day he attended. His knowledge of heating/cooling systems is impressive. Ryan is professional, personable and clear with with the problem was. I would also like to praise his office assistant Anthea was also friendly, polite and communicated well. Great job all round.

Thanks hub for recommending the airflowco, they installed a new evaporative cooler that is much better than our previous one but was quite loud, Ryan came up with some effective solutions and we are very glad we chose this company. Big thanks to Anthea, Ryan and the other staff!

We were so impressed with Ryan today and Anthea during the booking. We followed recommendations on Facebook and were very happy that we did! From the first contact with this company’s office staff right through the whole process I found every staff member to be extremely professional, helpful and providing amazing service. I cannot sing the praises of the team at airflow co enough. From the very start they have been nothing but professional, friendly and very punctual. I've had Ryan and his team come twice and on both occasions he has not tried to talk me into anything or take my money, he even talked me out if spending money.

We got another company in to quote us, and both the wife and I agreed that even if the air flow co was more expensive (which they weren't) we would be happy to spend it based on the customer service.

The back end of our house has always felt cool when ducted heating was on. Lately it has been cold! After inspection I found there was a length of collapsed duct preventing warm air getting through to 2 rooms. Spoke to Ryan on Monday afternoon and he had his team out here within 24 hours replacing the offending duct. We had a warm house throughout last night.

We didn't have good experience with other service providers before when it comes to services for home plumbing in general. Thank you AirFlow Co for restoring our faith in services like this.
Anthea was very polite and knowledgeable in scheduling the service and conforting her clients. Our ducted heating system got toasted and stopped working.
Ryan did the inspection and pinpointed the issue. I approved the order for the replacement part 10 minutes before the end of the day and yet they managed to
get it the next business day. Ryan did his magic and got it working on his next visit. He even found and sorted the issue the other supplier left it in the last fix. It's working better than ever.
We are so happy that we already booked the maintenance service for our Evaporative Cooling that is due in a few months. Kudos to Ryan and Anthea for your brilliant job.

They were able to come out very quickly and it was a seemless, efficient process. They also noticed that my return air vent was too small for the ducted heating system so replaced this free of charge. Ryan and the team are conscious of the client not overspending but ensures they have the most efficient heating solution for them. Ryan wasn't able to complete the most recent job himself but called me soon after installation to ensure I was happy and the heating was working well. I would happily recommend Ryan and his team.

Ryan was prompt, on time and super professional. Was able to come same day (which never happens) to look at our broken down heating unit and within no time had replaced the part and fixed it for us which was a huge relief.

I had Ryan attend to my ducted heating and reverse cycle system on seperate occasions and would not hesitate to call him again. He is prompt and keeps in touch should there be any holdup.
