Glenn is a perfectionist which we appreciate, and he wanted things done properly to make sure it was not just beautiful, but substantial and won't give us problems in the future. We were confident in Glenn from the beginning. We liked his manner, he was a very good communicator, and we trusted he was an honest person. Glenn paid a lot more attention to detail than we expected of a builder, which was very comforting.We received positive feedback from our neighbours that their experience with Glenn and his tradespeople was very positive; they were well-mannered and considerate. Glenn was never fazed and always solution-oriented, always having a practical way of overcoming problems. We have been really impressed with the quality of work produced by Glenn and his team. Out of all the builders we spoke to about our project, Glenn was by far the most organised and prepared. He identified errors in the original plan that ultimately saved us money and hassle down the line. The house we bought in Beaumaris had been tarted up for the auction and we soon discovered we had more than a few problems which had been covered up. It wasn’t until a friend recommended Glenn Johnson and K2 Homes that the sun began to shine again for us.
Glenn assured us that K2 Homes not only built homes but they were experienced at solving problems with existing homes and he and his qualified and very experienced team of tradies welcomed the chance to advise, cost and suggest solutions. My project last year consisted of most of my outside walls lined, insulated and reboarded. It included replacements of 4 very large double glazed window areas plus a new door and large window double glazed. This was followed by a complete repaint of the outside of the house and new internal windows.

Glenn and his team's approach was professional from start to end; from the setting up of the contract details to the final inspection - with no financial surprises I might add.
I have nothing but praise for Glenn and all the team members for their due diligence and integrity. I always knew when they would be on-site and never had problems with loud music and the site was left as clean and tidy as possible each day as well as on the final day.
Everyone working on the project was respectful at all times. A well-earned 5 stars K2!

Glenn from K2 Homes undertook a complete bathroom renovation for us in November/December 2020 finishing in the allotted time frame.

We found every aspect of his work and his attention to detail, to be excellent.

His organisation of the logistics involved, sequence of events, arranging times and days for tradespeople, all ran smoothly and without incident, and he met the challenges typical of a renovation with thoughtful consideration, regular consultation with us, and professionalism.

Work was carried out as neatly as possible with thought given to the minimal disruption to the running of the remainder of the house.

We received an extensive weekly report, citing jobs completed, started or continued, as well as a list of the tradespeople on site. This job entailed a total of nine tradespeople, including Glenn.

The place was left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each week.

His communication with us was at all times excellent.

At the completion of the work, the bathroom and the area used/accessed including the bedroom, passageway and garage, were all left spotlessly clean and neat.

I couldn't recommend Glenn and K2 Homes more highly. Glenn managed to get our renovation project through the middle of COVID restrictions with only a slight delay, which was such a relief to us. Glenn is also great at questioning the plans during the job, to point out things that weren't going to work out or could be improved. Instead of just blindly following the plans he added alot of value to our project. Thanks so much!

Glenn at K2 homes professionalism and workmanship were clear from the start. He was approachable, kept me informed of the stages of the build through weakly written reports, walk through meetings and by phone. I'd happily give Glenn the highest possible recommendation to anyone looking for a builder/ carpenter. Our house needed some pretty significant repairs and we're thrilled with everything that he did. He has a fantastic attitude (giving us options to save money wherever possible), super attitude (arrived at 6.59am every single day and worked until late), the quality of his work is extraordinary, he's incredibly tidy on site and he worked seamlessly with other trades (paint, sparkie and rubbish removal).Couldn't recommend more highly!

Parts of our home were unsafe and required repairs. Glen responded quickly, he is a hands on builder / carpenter who takes pride in his work, ensuring a quality outcome. Very happy :)
