We offer both individual and team-based sessions. With a strong understanding across many business types and sizes, we can target sessions to match the style and culture of your business, to ensure maximum success.

Career Change/Return to Work Coaching

Are you stuck in your current career or job, but lacking the confidence to make a change? Are you returning to work after a long absence such as maternity leave or employment redundancy? Are you ready to take your career to the next level, but lacking confidence to take the plunge?

VCE Goal and Achievement Coaching

Is your Year 10 or Year 11 student lacking direction for the future? Are they unmotivated and struggling to stay focused? We can work with your student to help them find their “mojo” and achieve the best results during their VCE studies. Kids don’t always want to listen to their parents and can mask challenges and stress. Working with an independent coach can provide them with structured guidance, support and accountability throughout their VCE experience, to help them achieve the best results with a positive and balanced mindset. We work with your VCE student to draw together all the areas of academic success, goal setting, motivation, health and well-being.
