The Village Early Learning Centre

The Village Early Learning Centre and its staff are committed to the high quality care, education and health of young children based on individual needs and interests. We understand parents are the major influence in a child’s life and represent many cultures, therefore our programs reflect this diversity.

The name, The Village Early Learning Centre, was inspired partly by its location adjacent to Sandringham Village, and also our centre philosophy.

The African proverb – “It takes a whole village to raise a child” – stems from the belief that a child has the best ability to become a healthy adult if the entire community takes an active role in contributing to the rearing of the child.

We are passionate about offering every child the opportunity to discover and make sense of their world through the life experiences they encounter at The Village ELC.
